Shipping policy

Turnaround time : Ready to Ship items: please allow us a few days to get your item prepared for shipping, all ready to ship items will ship within 1-3 business days

Custom and Made To Order items: Our current Turn around time for custom and hand made items is 21-35 business days. 

Prorders: Preorders have a TAT of 10-12 weeks, please be aware of this when ordering(sizing) as there are no returns.  Holidays and weekends are NOT included in TAT

Cancellation Policy:   Preorders, once closed cannot be cancelled unless they are out of specified turn around time, if you still choose to cancel your orders there  will a 10% restocking fee on cancelled manufactured preorders and 15% restocking fee on cancelled handmade preorders.

International Shipping : We do ship to Canada!! Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the address we are shipping to, you will see the cost before you checkout in the cart section after entering your address. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping issues : Once an item leaves our hands it is in the hands of USPS. We can only see the tracking that USPS provides. Please reach out to USPS with any inquiries about delays or shipments not arriving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please follow the tracking information to ensure your package is received. We do not refund or send new replacements for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by USPS. 

 

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days (once shipped) and rush takes 2-3 business days (once shipped)
